In a summary he made to his activities last week, Lajcak wrote he had “a productive week”.
Last “Week, I launched a trip to Belgrade and Pristina to discuss the current situation and future steps in Dialog with my partners. Starting in Belgrade, I met with President Aleksandar Vuciq and chief negotiator Petar Petkov. On my trip to Kosovo, I met with President Vjosa Osmani to inform him of Dialogue, as well as Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the first deputy prime minister and chief negotiator Besnik Bislimi. Of course, we have discussed dialogue and talked about the current state of EU-Kosovo relations”, Lajcak wrote on Facebook.
He said he had “deep talks with Kurti and Vuciqi, and that they expressed expectations of what will be discussed and done in the coming months within the dialogue.
“I am also closely following developments regarding the recent Kosovo Central Bank regulation of cash operations, particularly affecting Serb communities living in Kosovo”, Lajcak wrote in part.
