Havenier wrote that it should be admitted and that the United States will not accept Russia's aggression. The American diplomat has said it is a fundamental and unacceptable challenge to international peace and security.
“Two years after Russia began its brutal and full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we reaffirm our commitment as international partners to support Ukraine in its struggle to protect its people and territory, democracy and its”, Hadweier wrote.
He has also published a photograph, where Ukraine's flag is seen as being located at the US Embassy facility in Pristina with the inscription “We stand with Ukraine”.
We cannot and will not accept Russia's engagement: it is a fundamental and unsceptable cause to international peace and security.
