Jakupi has distributed a photo of MPJD '%s Gashi's deputy minister, who attended the Socialist International Council in Madrid, Spain, on behalf of Vetevendosje.
Spain's prime minister, Pedro Sanchez, has said he seems concerned with the presence of Kosovo officials.
“For partisans “Undisputed refusal” Kosovo from several EU states: Prime Minister Sanchez does not appear to have been concerned under the company of Kosovo officials...”, Jakupi wrote.
Jakupi is continuing to pay 7,500 euros a month from Kosovo's budget, although his work has yet to be seen.
