The excise was established by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on July 29, 2019.

In reasoning with the delay, Judge Sabit Sadij has said he is awaiting answers from Dr. Millaku because of the state of health. If it does not improve, the court is expected to isolate the procedure against her and others.

Svechla, Zyba and Pacolli before the court have said they do not consider needing lawyers. The judge has announced that the defence is binding and that he will appoint lawyers on official duty for them.

VV deputies through tear gas protested in the Assembly in an effort to prevent the vote on the demarcation agreement with Montenegro.

Svechla is currently minister of Internal Affairs. The other three are VV deputies.
