Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has decided to defend himself quietly in the case of his being accused of throwing tear gas at the Assembly of the Assembly Headship held on August 10, 2016.
At the session, held Wednesday, the chief speaker said he stands behind statements he has made earlier regarding the case.
Judge Edita Canta has approved the prosecution's request to be administered as proof of the Assembly's Assembly of Parliament Headship of August 18, 2016.
Prosecutor Besart Mustafa has stated in this report that Konjufca has thrown tear gas.
