Stojkovic makes criminal complaint against BIA for Sandulovic's arrest

Lawyer Cedomir Stojkovic today has made a criminal complaint against the Information Security Agency for, as he has said, illegal treatment and privation from Nikola Sandulovic's freedom.

“With my colleague Michael Polack I have made a criminal complaint against members of the Security Information Agency for abuse and torture of Nikola Sandulovic and illegal deprivation of freedom, as well as against public prosecutor Irene Radivojevic and Judge Milica Grujic of Nis, because they ordered the illegal ban on the fact that “placed flowers on the tomb of a murdered seven-year-old Albanian child”, Stojq said.

Because no one should be beaten and no one should be forbidden just to put flowers on someone's grave! Immediately after presenting the criminal outcry, we will address the media”, Stojkovic said.

He commemorated that “Nikola Sandulovic was released from custody after the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe sought his immediate release and following numerous criticisms from the West due to this vicious case”.
