A step towards implementation of the Association, Ramadani says the dinar issue is being reduced as resistance.

Shkodran Ramadani, political affairs expert, argues the ban on the Serbian dinar could be a step towards implementing the Association of Serb majority municipalities. He stresses that the dinar issue is “being packaged as resistance”. The Serbian dinar ban with BEC regulations appears to be only a step towards implementing [the] association....
The Serbian dinar ban with the BEC regulation appears to be only a step towards implementing the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
So stated in “PIVE of Dukagjin, political affairs connoisseur Shkodran Ramadani, who stressed that the dinar issue is “reduced as resistance”.
“What needs attention even to be given importance is the statement of James O'Brien, who said Serbia has made its big step, has accepted the plates, accepted IDs. And Kosovo now needs to process the issue of association. That's the risk here, too. Just as license plates have not stopped the issue of association, neither the question of the dinar.
Moreover, I see it as a step towards implementing Association, because based on the draft state we have seen so far, it is seen that there will be an official funding channel from the Republic of Serbia. Which means funding association through RKS organs, in this case through the CEC. So something that's a measure to the Association, it's packing like a resistance, like a stubborn, like a non-letter and a p.m. We're getting a little lost here.
According to Ramadan, the dinar issue is a government's next spectacle
But I see this whole thing just another spectacle to keep the image stubborn, to preserve the image of a government that won't let go and that doesn't accept any pressure from outside”, has added Ramadan.
