Kosovo Police Specialised Units on Thursday have met with Police Union Chairman Imer Zeqiri at the Kosovo Police Camp “Enver Zymer” in Mitrovica, where they have warned of the possibility of an upcoming protest.
Representatives of NSO, NESI, NATME units attended this meeting, NMA and K-9.
Representatives of these entities have demanded that the union play a decisive role in representing their rights, both under conditions and well-being, whether in regulating certain administrative issues.
The particular requirement also was reflection, within February, for the implementation of the requirements presented in the latest protest, in order not to be forced to start again with protests”.
The purpose of the meeting, according to the media communiqué, was to coordinate and representation the best of the rights of all Kosovo Police officers.
“At this meeting, working conditions, equipment, well-being, violating workers' legal rights, removing some unreasonable restrictions, entity competencies and dignified treatment for all members of police” have been discussed.
“The head of the Union has pledged that impartially and uninfluencitablely, no one will represent all police employees insisting that their rights and requirements be realised with dialogue and understanding by relevant bodies”. /Albanian Post
