MPs from the Serbian List have returned to the Assembly on Thursday in the session after a lack of nearly five months just to ensure the mandate continues.
Usually, their restoration practice after many months is done to avoid burning MP mandates, and therefore not to lose benefits.
Their absence in the Assembly has often been a goal of discussions that do not represent and convey the interests of Serbian citizens to the highest institution in the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the Kosovo Constitution, Article 70, the MP's 5th term ends when six months are missing in the Parliament hearings. /EO/
