He has made it known that the person in question was arrested under suspicion of having taken unauthorized photographs.
The truth is that the person has been under suspicion of unauthorized photography, has been stationed at stoplists, and has been detained at the entrance to Jarinje by entering Serbia into Kosovo, as he has been brought to the police station in southern Mitrovica for interview.
There he was interviewed, and an hour ago he was released”, Elshani said on a live line on the “Five” show on RTV Dukajini.
He has added that the suspect had been placed in stoplists, for that reason he was also arrested.
It was probably placed earlier on stopping, so it was identified earlier, but the moment we encountered it we stopped it and brought it to the police station for interviewing, which means this person was in interest for the Kosovo Police to interview me about unauthorized photo”, Elshani came in.
All procedures, according to him, were conducted according to the law and there was nothing else to stress about this case.
“We can confirm that the person arrested is a Kosovo citizen of Serbian nationalism, while if he is a member of the Serbian gendarmerie or not, we cannot confirm it for days, because he is not and has nothing to do with our state”, Elshani has finished.
