Scholz in the United States on February 9th: No discussion denied on Kosovo, Serbia with President Beden

Germany's Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, will travel to the United States of America, where he meets US President Joe Biden in Washington on Friday (February 9th).

From the office of Chancellor Scholz, they have confirmed to Klan Kosova, this meeting by not denying or confirming that among the topics of discussion of the two world leaders will be the situation in general in the Western Balkans, as well as tensions and the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.

“We cannot predict the discussions. However, the focus of the conversation with the US president will be primarily Russian war aggression over Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East”, a German government spokesman for Klan Kosova said.

Kosovo-Serbia reports, and what is called the clear Euro-Atlantic perspective of the Western Balkans, is often a topic of discussion between President Beden and officials from Europe, when they hold meetings in Washington or Brussels.
