Rama's Parliament of Progress links contract with unilateral construction procedure that “flew” in Arberi

Although the contract for the reconstruction of the peak and construction of several works on the roof has not been completed, the Pristina municipality has linked another contract dealing with the construction of the peak, says Democracy.com.

Under negotiated procedure, without publishing the contract, which is otherwise known as unilateral procedure, the Pristina municipality has contracted contract to build the roof of the municipality's facility in the neighbourhood of HINA Arberia.

The municipality had set a price of 130 thousand euros for performing the works, but the contract has been linked to a price of 1,000 euros less.

The Pristina municipality has submitted negotiations bids to only two companies: 1. It's been offered at the price of 148 thousand euros and 2. “Limitproject”, which has an offer of 129 thousand euros. Since the main criterion has been the cheapest “prime”, the contract is linked to the second company.

By the time the works begin, the contractor must complete them within 30 days.

The existing roof state has also been published in the file.

The prosecution has already launched investigations into the peak crash, and two people have been detained by police.

In half of July, Pristina municipality and company “NBT-ING” had signed contracts for “Reconstructing the roof of the new municipality”. The price of the contract the company and the municipality agreed on has been exactly 386,096.29 euros. Democracy. com has seen the tender file signing this contract, and it is seen that the company had decided much higher than the price the winning company had set. Just 700 thousand euros was the price the municipality had set, and it was about building the roof, as well as the renovation and mobilizing of a roof below.
