Ramadan: It's disturbing, KFOR explains why it did not allow Minister Krasniqi to enter the Zvecan municipality facility

Former AKI Chief Inspector, now Security Affairs commentator Mr. Burim Ramadani, once again writes about the ban KFOR has given Minister Elbert Krasniqi access to the Zvecan municipality facility. He says there have been KFOR communications with high-level government to allow entry. Kransqi in the object [...]
He says there have been KFOR communications with high-level government to allow entry. The Kransiqi in the municipality's object, but still this isn't allowed.
Ramadan writes:
“requires clarification by KFOR why did Minister Elbert Krasniqi stop entering the municipal object in Zvecan?
Minister Krasniqi, an active minister, represents the state of Kosovo wherever it goes.
And, to be denied access to the municipal facility in Zvecan, then within the state, is unprecedented and disturbing.
Minister Elbert Krasniqi, what happened? What was KFOR's reasoning?
Why didn't KFOR soldiers change their stance after some communication with the highest government level?
Transparency helps democracy.
The occasion is not simple but extremely disturbing.
The minister of the Republic should not be stopped by KFOR and nobody in this world to do his job!”, writes Ramadani today.
Mr. Burim Ramadani, yesterday through a Facebook status, Alaramoi for this information by writing:
“KFOR commander should explain the opinion why he has issued such orders?
KFOR commander has no right to return Kosovo Government ministers from visits to municipal facilities.
This happened on Monday in Zvecan. No questions!
Minister Elbert Krasniqi has been brought back by KFOR soldiers.
He is told that “only municipality workers and Zvecan citizens can access the facility! ”
Communication there wasn't quite simple.
The attempt to intervene from above didn't work!
The order was from KFOR Commander.
Again, KFOR has no mandate to limit freedom of movement and access to public objects for Kosovo institutions, in this case Minister Krasniqi.
This does not play out in the task of providing safe environments or in the task of detecting security threats.
KFOR commander should explain why he has issued such orders?
What has this helped to the security environment?
What has been the security risk in the visit of the Minister of the Republic of Kosovo?
At the same time, this is a serious sign of the level of reports between Kosovo's political institutions of the state and KFOR.”, writes Ramadani. /Periscopi
