The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has come out with communiques concerning the raids that were carried out last night the facility of Pristina Police Station Centre.
According to the prosecution, an NGO has been encountered working illegally.
Two suspects and several witnesses have been interviewed in the case.
On February 1st 2024, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutorship announced to you about the raid carried out on 31.01.2024 that following the confession of information by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, that at the annexal facility of Pristina Police Station Centre is operating an NGO illegally, the chief prosecutor of the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina, along with the prosecutor of the case from the Randa Crimes Department One for Economic Crime and Corruption, have gone out at the scene and undertaken the investigation, with the Kosovo Department of Co-ordination. The Directorate for Regional Investigations in Pristina and in co-operation with Kosovo Customs and Health Inspectorate, there has been a raid on the top bar, with what case it has been found that medical services are being offered in this facility illegally, and two people have been interviewed in the quality of suspects and some in the quality of witnesses”, the report says.
