The verdict against Lieman was announced Thursday by the head of the court, Judge Medie Bytyqi, reports “Justice Vow“.
The injured Alban Selimi and Flora Mehmeti-Selim for realising the property-juridic demand are directed in regular judicial-civil disputes.
According to Judge Bytyqi, the court has analysed and praised the evidence presented by the parties and found Lima guilty of criminal acts “Cause of total risk”.

According to the indictment filed by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on 18 August 2023, it is said that on 16 March 2023, in the garage that was attached to the house of now damaged Alban Selimi, in Fushe-Kosovo, accused Arsim Limani of motives so far unknown, has attempted to deprive him of the same life, which in those moments was not at home, risking the lives of other family members, his wife and two children respectively.
