Signal Journal sources within the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that the case has been denounced by the woman, who has sought assistance from law enforcement after facing violence exercised by her husband.
The whole incident is suspected of jealous motives, where the suspect after a verbal conflict physically assaulted his wife and got his phone.
The victim, who was equipped with a defense order, has also received medical help, and because of security, he and his children have been sent to the shelter.
As a result of the indictment, the 39-year-old was escorted to the police station, where he was interviewed by investigative bodies.
At the order of the State Attorney, the same has been sent into custody and the case has been initiated under suspicion of committing a domestic criminal act.
