The SBASK has held meetings with PDK and LDK, while VV and AAK are awaiting the meeting.
The theme of the meeting has been dissatisfaction with changes made to the pension scheme.
SBASK Chairman Beftman Jasharaj says government Kurti has violated the law.
He says that only as numbers are being counted the jobs of the 90s in education, and that is injustice for workers.
“We have called on the opposition VV for a meeting to present our concerns about changes made to the pension scheme. We have noted that it is very unfair to education workers because it only counts as numbers in the 90s, but when the escalation of pensions doesn't take the basis for these, but it only gets the basis until January 1st 1990, which considers that those contributions have been allegedly paid by then this is a violation of the” law, Jasharaj said.
According to him, changes in the pension scheme have affected the acquired rights of retired education workers.
He has also mentioned some matters in which the law was affected.
On the other hand, Jasharaj has indicated that they have requested an appointment with the ombudsman.
And another is that from 99-2002 when the Pension Trust was created in those years it doesn't count at all even though we've all worked. The law on the education worker's statute has also been affected in the 1990s with these actions, education workers are violating the earnable rights of workers. We've asked the deputies to collect signatures and send them to the Constitution, but we also expect an appointment with the ombudsman to present these concerns”.
Jasharaj said hiring workers in education has been sacred in the 1990s.
He says great joy has been when there were statements that this year's pensions are being recognised.
“Government Kurti and existing employee laws are going to hurt them, and it's glad that there are statements that are being recognised even in the '90s, and that violent employees have been unprecedented joy, but the opposite happened, those years have been sacred for each”, Jasharaj told the Online Front.
