The three opposition parties in the country have said that Kosovo has never been more vulnerable and that it has never expected a paleer anniversary without progress.

MPs from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) have accused the current government of having entered its 16th anniversary as a sanctioned state by the European Union (BE) and as a state reproved by its top ally, United States of America

LDK MP Rzazarta Krasniqi has told the Online Economy that for three years governing the Kurti government, anniversary celebrations have been dim as there has not been a visit by internationals, except for protocol organisations.

On February 17th, we celebrate the 16th anniversary of Kosovo's independence and have had a pale organisation besides those protocol that are, we haven't had a visit by our international allies, because since taking the government once has found no agreement with them, and every day we are seeing different statements from the EU Allet as well as the United States. It is the first year of the celebration of independence where we are on sanctions from the EU. We've seen statements one-sided after-one of the international and US allies”, he said.

Krasniqi, who is also chairman of the Commission for European Integration, has added that the government should agree with the Allies for any action, as Kosovo is today free from them.

It has to be agreed because thanks to them we're here today, but you know this prime minister has put the country on a dead end for three years. There has been support in most of the integration processes even by the opposition, but these other important processes when you get and call the opposition after making decisions, it is not co-operation. It is the first time we have a prime minister who has not co-operated with the opposition, his work, now three years ago has not worked for Kosovo citizens but has worked only VV members”, she has said of the EO.

PDK MP Blerta Deliu-Codra has said it is unforgivable not to co-ordinate the government with the allies takes into account their commitment that Kosovo is free and recognised by other states.

According to her, as the cause of poor governance today for independence, Kosovo continues to be more pale, more vulnerable and without progress.

The “is unforgiving for the fact that we all remember especially in the wake of independence holidays, we remember Kosovo's journey to become a state, shed blood, sacrifice, martyrs, martyrs, martyrs, but also our alliances, NATO intervention and the fact that our partners have strongly helped Kosovo become a state. To consolidate in terms of its international empowerment to be recognised by other states to become members of international bodies, and today for independence Kosovo continues to be more pale, more vulnerable and Kosovo has no progress we would like to talk about today, even as opposition”, she has said.

Deliu-Codra has said it is not good news of rebuke by partners and that co-ordination with them should be even when the government's actions are constitutional acts.

“Therefore it is neither good news nor rebuke from our partners, nor co-ordination, even when our actions are constitutional actions we should respect the partnership and maintain this partnership especially when it comes to our main alliance that are U.S.A., which has invested not only military capital for years, have invested all of its human capital, and everywhere on the road of Kosovo and the Council of Europe, and in our unbound battle with Serbia we have an address, we have a guarantee, we have a partnership that is US and EU. So it's not easy to talk about sanctions today, it's not easy today to count our battles, our obstacles, our heavy journey at the time when the major news is the reproach we take from our partners every day.

AAK MP Albana Bytyqi has said that Kosovo for the first time celebrates independence under sanctions, according to her, this has been a very disturbing year as a cause of poor governance.

She said that thanks to Albin Kurti's rule today, the state has no co-operation with allies and without US support.

This is because of the poor governance of Albin Kurti and VV. What's important is that we as a state are not being able, and the VV governance is not even making a contribution to citizens who need employment, they need to develop within our country, not to flee abroad. We know very well that this year has been a very disturbing year for us as citizens and politicians because there have been many movements that have gone into migration, and this is very disturbing to”.

We've seen that since we're under sanctions today and we've seen that we don't have cooperation with our allies, and that thanks to the governance of Albin Kurti and no co-ordination we are here today and we don't have US support”, she said.
