Nurses are still facing a lack of sleep and also no extra hours and holidays. They have warned protests Thursday about this
He works for patients for a few years now in the service, but Nurse Progress Berisha, like many of his colleagues, is unhappy with a range of issues.
The difference between commitment and financial reward for it has become enormous.
But neither a range of benefits, such as payments for shots, and compensation for extra hours, are under way, increasing dissatisfaction with one of the health profiles that is constantly leaving the country.
Progress Berisha-Infermier has declared that “in 2021/22 we constantly have after doubling the number of nurses leaving and I believe that this year is still more after this year they have the opportunity to go on their own and see what the conditions are like there”.
Seeing as the solution is not taking place, the same have called a protest Thursday.
In addition to paying off overtime work, they also seek to be paid for work during holidays and weekends.
Enlirat Duraku, deputy head of the QKUK Health Workers Union, has declared that “over December doctors have received over a thousand euros in extension while nurses have been completely expelled. Don't pay the job during the weekend, during the holidays, each nurse I spend over 192 extra hours inside the muj and it's not okay this way”
For this warning, the USKKUK Directorate says they have nothing in their hands.
The USKKUK reportedly is that the payment of all health doctors and professionals is defined by the Law of Salaries, and the payments do not depend on SKKUK. We as SSKKUK highly appreciate the work of nurses of different profiles and are pro whatever support will improve their welfare”.
Although not the respective institutions -- during Tuesday's plenary session a opposition party -- are expected to address the nurses' concern.
Shemsedin Dressey - AAK said “Their concerns are fair, while the decision taken by the Government for no extra hours payment I think is a bad move, we have Minister Iron Murati in agreement tomorrow, and I'm going to raise this issue”.
The nurses' protest is expected to take place during Thursday's 12:00, ahead of the target of the USKKUK's directorate. /Adugjini
