Nott Federation wins case in CAS

The Federation of Kosovo Nott (FNK) has announced it has won the case against Adele Sabovic at the Sports Arbitrazhi Court (CAS) in Lozanne, Switzerland.

The FNK estimated that this case is not only a victory for the Federation in question, but for the entire Kosovo sport.

Sabovic claimed illegally to represent Kosovo at the World swimming Championship.

After ruling by the Court of Arbitrazhi, Sabovic won't be able to do so, The FNK congratulated the athletes, Eda Zeqiri and Mal Gashi, who will represent Kosovo in the World, in Doha, Qatar.

We inform you that the Federation of Nott of Kosovo, represented by the office of attorneys Feka & Murati through lawyers Fis Murati, Brenzen Feka and Labinos Murati, won the case at the Arbitrazhi Sports Court in Lozain, Switzerland, against Adel Sabovic, where the Kosovo Federation of Nots was wrongly indicted by Adell Sabovic, who claimed to represent Kosovo at the world swimming championship in Doha, Qatar.
