In the north, tracts are being distributed on how to resist Kosovo Police

The so-called People's Protection has distributed tracts in the country's north to provide instructions to local Serbs concerning resistance to the Kosovo Police, as well as civil servants whom it has called Kurti's.

They have provided instructions on how Serbs should act when they look at police patrols, how it should be handled when they see the civil servant, how much easier it is to break the police vehicle and have also given instructions on how to become a Molotov cocktail.

In these tracts, they have pointed out that opposition is forced.
