The Russians continue to plant flowers for the opposition Alexei Navajo, following his sudden death in the Arctic prison. They risk being arrested in a country where even the slightest discontent may cause police intervention.
Since Friday, over 400 people have been arrested, about 150 of whom have been given short-term jails.
Navajo's body continues to remain in the morgue near the remote prison, where he found death after a long walk. His family and allies, who were not allowed in, accuse Russian authorities of hiding the body. They claim President Putin should be held responsible for death.
Authorities say an autopsy has been carried out, but it has been incomplete and therefore a second one is needed.
The death of the man considered to be the world's most vocal critic of the Kremlin has caused the world's homazes to be maintained. In Britain, flowers were placed near the Russian Embassy in London. A message said, “You can kill man, but not truth”
In Germany, several hundred people protested Russian President Vladimir Putin's policies in Berlin.
Shortly before the launch of the demonstration, a band known for anti-Putin approach began its protest. Members of the group, disguised in pink masks, shouted the type slogans “Putin, the killer” in front of the Russian Embassy headquarters.
