Nagavci's ministry violates Arben Salih's Law over a year holds the position of AKK deputy director

“3. The official/public one could not be appointed as the task's objectant longer than six (6) months. When the position cannot be met within the six-month term (6), this deadline could last at the most for six (6) more months”.

Arber Salihu, in the position of deputy director of the AKK, was appointed by MASTTI with the November 21st 2022 ruling, reports “Justice Vowing”.

In reasoning on MASTI's decision, which has provided “Justice Vow “, it is said the verdict has come after internal consultation.

“Based on the above-signed provisions, following developed internal consultations, in the function of fulfilling tasks and responsibilities of the National Qualification Authority (AKK) with responsibility and professionalism for the period until the appointment of the AKK Director, was placed as the device of this decision”, the decision said.
