How had I acted instead of Kurt in the situation of édinari?
He and Kosovo have lost the battle of communication and diplomacy around the building, even though it was good at the UN yesterday. All the allies have criticized him and asked him to reflect. With these behaviours, Kosovo's government and institutions were giving priority to Serbia and are undermining diplomatic priorities created by Serbia's autonomous with the Basjska attack. Kosovo must become more pragmatic and diplomatic. With the mature market without risk of implementing the decision!
The main criticism is in the pattern of decision-making and political-making. With Western standards of governance when you change a policy-making or public decision-making, there are certain standards. One of the important ones in this cycle is the communicator with the citizens on whom the decision is being made, and give some of their interest.
In this situation, Kosovo institutions should (a) postpone implementation with a definite deadline; (b) should focus during this period for a campaign of communication with local Serbs affected by the decision; (c) with communication with our allies during this period of campaign; (d) apply the decision after 2-3 months, or how many experts think that this technical process is enough to take place that accommodates concerns and creates alternatives to local Serbs.
There is nothing wrong with us here if we are postponed for a few weeks or months of decision. This situation has been about 25 years, weeks and months, without any distinction. Rather, we will appear to be discreet and pragmatic. But also professional, we understand and review the European and American cycles of policy making and decision making where the center is the city where decisions are being made.
There's no need here to show up and we're strong. This is not a policy or decision that we should be persistent, that we will do likewise. We must be pragmatic and do our legitimate work and purpose in line with the best Western decision-making practices. This also means that the process of consulting, informing and finding practical options within local legislation on implementing the decision will take place.
