The Constitutional Court in Pristina has imposed a month-long detention measure against suspects, B.H., police officials.
The court reports that the person in question is suspected of taking bribes.
The Pre-Procedure Procedure Court has approved the request of the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina and the defendants B.H. has been assigned the detention measure for a month, the detention measure is set in terms of Article 184 paragraph 1, below paragraph 1.1 and 1.2 , points 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of the PRKP<1>, the report says.
