Journalist Freedom Mehmetaj, has reacted after the Court's decision to release Glauk Konjufca's charges of throwing tear gas into the Assembly.
From today, anyone who is interested can take tear gas and tear bombs into the city, but even in the environments of Kosovo institutions, because according to the Kosovo Courts, it is no criminal offence.
So says the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina that has acquitted Glauk Konjufca of this work, despite the same public admission on March 14th 2019.
So, whenever you wish, according to courts in Kosovo, they can freely use gasoline through institutions, because it's allowed action.
Kosovo, this thriving democracy”, writes Mehmetaj.
