Marigona Osmani's father after the retrial decision: They're making us take the law ourselves

Muhabi Osmani, the father of the late Marigona Osmani, has been declared after yesterday's Court of Appeals has turned the case of those accused of killing his daughter, for what they had been convicted, Dardan Krivaqa sentenced to life in prison, and Arber Sejdiu, sentenced to 15 years' removal [...]
Muhabi Osmani said this decision is the most scandalous decision that has taken place in the country, knowing that the killing of Marigo has been one of the most cruel murders since the post-war in Kosovo, while adding that they have not expected the retrial.
He even added that justice bodies are pushing “into a situation that we can take into our own hands, which we have not preferred”.
With this decision on retrial, we are becoming suspicious that the accused's lawyers are known sexists. I have great doubts, because the Court has sufficient evidence for both of the defendants who are directly involved in the murder of my daughter. I think there are major implications at the Court of Appeals, because there are two strong families who have people in the police even in justice”, Osmani stressed for RTK.
At the end of Osmani declared that he still has faith in justice, but refocused that with the last decision, he has huge doubts.
