The Kosovo Assembly yesterday has adopted the Second Read Bill for Road Traffic Rules.
Infrastructure Minister Libunr Aliu has provided some details about this law.
In his account in “Facebook”, Aliu has shown that the law sets the basic rules of behavior of participants and other subjects in road traffic.
He has shown that changes made have been necessary.
“In the Republic Assembly, by 61 votes D., we passed the second review of Bill No.08/ L-186 for Road Traffic Rules. ) By this law define the basic rules of conduct of participants and other subjects in road traffic, and since the Current Law has legal spaces as in terms of harmonisation with the EU AQUIS, as in those of the International Convention, such as the Geneva Convention (1945) and Vienna (1968) for Rrugor Traffic, in the absence of membership in these two Covettes, the necessary changes have been presented through this Bill”, Aliu wrote.
