The 12-hour watch will be only worth the remaining days of February.
This schedule will no longer be operational from March 1st 2024, as it will change to eight hours of work in five days of the week, from seven o'clock in the morning to 1500 p.m., at the Main Centre of Family Medicine in Pristina.
All of this is happening because there are no staff of pediatrics, and there are a total of four since the working time and that will continue the profession until retirement.
The change made is not welcoming citizens who, in addition to the schedule they consider to be unaffordable, even the pediatric service they view as such, reports “You speak Pristina”.
And QKMF director Bujar Gashi said that children's services, as well as adults, are performed by the family doctor, who says he specializes in the job.
