The head of the Vetevendosje Movement parliamentary group, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, said that the issue of money which is dedicated to the Serb community in Kosovo is being discussed in Brussels, coming as aid from Serbia.
In addition, she said that other issues are not expected to be discussed at this meeting. Kosovo Central Bank Governor Ahmet Ismaili has gone to Brussels, while from the Serbian side, chief negotiator Petar Petkovovic. EU Emisari Miroslav Lajcak held separate meetings with them, and then a trilateral meeting.
The dinar issue is also about transfers which are dedicated to the Serb community in Kosovo that the line is helping Serbia. While it is also seen in the Law on Local Finance Management, it is envisioned that these transfers are officially made through special accounts. To establish this communication and this approach, which will be completely different from how transfers are being made is being discussed, there is nothing beyond that to be discussed in relation to the CEC regulation. The CEC is the independent institution elected under laws in force from the Republic Assembly, therefore reports to the Assembly, the only issue discussed may be the transfer of tools made by a Bank that in Serbia is called the People's Bank to the Kosovo Central Bank”, Kusari-Lila for Online Economy said.
Responding to opposition criticism that LVV is breaking promises that domestic issues will not be discussed in dialogue with Serbia, she said in this case there are no violations of promises but the realisation of the full mandate and the exercise of each institution's duty.
““Not really see violations of promises and see the realisation of the full mandate and the execution of each institution's duty, from independent institutions such as the BQK-aj to the Republic government as the executive institution responsible for the dialogue, as stated in the act of the Constitutional Court”, said Kusari-Lila.
