Kurti before Munsch has expressed Kosovo's intention to join the North-Atlantic Alliance.
“Discussed for the security situation in the country, with emphasis on border security between Kosovo and Serbia, and on co-operating of security and defence institutions with KFOR. Prime Minister Kurti said there is regular communication with KFOR commander in Kosovo, and that the Republic of Kosovo remains committed to its goal for NATO membership, isolating the fact that Kosovo has increased the defence budget in line with the 2% NATO criteria of the Local Product”, the report said.
Kosovo's prime minister has expressed thanks to the Admiral Munsch and NATO for its close co-operation, active contribution and continued support to Kosovo following the September 24th terrorist and paramilitary attack on Zvecan Banjska, stressing that the perpetrators of this attack are still at large in Serbia.
