The announced announcement reportedly spoke of respective stories and experiences, especially in meeting with the painful war past.
Pots spoke of lessons learned from Northern Ireland's experience in commemorating the victims.
“U stressed the role of the importance the museums have to commemorate every lost life. On that occasion, Prime Minister Kurti cited the initiative of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports to establish the War Museum, which at the centre will have the record and presentation of the crimes of the former Yugoslavia and Serbia to Albanians in Kosovo. Furthermore, he also mentioned the establishment of the Institute for Documentation of crimes committed during the war in Kosovo”, the report said.
Kurt thanked Poots for his hospitality and genuine conversation. Presented at this meeting were Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Lisa Gashi, Kosovo Ambassador to the United Kingdom Ilir Kapiti and Ambassador Nicholas Abbott.
