According to the trial, Latif was also pronounced a supplementary sentence -- a ban on the exercise of public office in public administration or on public service for three years.
In the sentence pronounced to two years in prison, Latif will be counted as the time spent in house custody and house arrest.
However, the penalty of fines in the amount of 5 thousand euros is to be paid in the 30-day term after the integrity of the act. If the same one does not pay fines, the sentence is replaced by prison, accounting for 20 euros for a day in prison.
The disgruntled parties have the right to complaint in the 30-day term after accepting a written form of bias within the legal deadline.
