Killed Father, Hysen Meta endangers life imprisonment

The three children of victim Pellumb Meta are expected to face serious charges in court.

In the police file sent to the prosecution, 25-year-old Hysen Meta was suspected of the “murder because of family relations”, conducted in co-operation. Also expected to be filed against him, and charges “Abnegation and “Hide or execute body”.

According to police, he has shot his father with four bullets, and if convicted, he risks life sentence, according to Article 79 c of the Penal Code.

And for Hygerta Meta, 19-year-old student, two charges have been filed: “The murder due to family relations”, conducted in co-operation and “Hide or execute body”.

Since the Criminal Code does not provide life sentences for women, Hygerta risks serving between 20 and 35 years in prison.

For my younger brother, 21-year-old Amarildo Meta allegedly committed criminal work “Hide or eliminate”.

He risks penalty from fine up to 5 years in prison if convicted.

For the victim's wife, the investigation continues at large. Police say she has allegedly carried out the “Actions that prevent the discovery of truth”. In Penal Code this work envisions fines of up to three years in prison.

The three children of Pellumb Metalla Meta are expected to leave on Monday in court, where security measures will be scheduled. The prosecution is expected to demand for them the measure of “arrest in prison”. / TV Klan
