According to the announcement on the “X”, KFOR's “commander has stressed the importance of continued and effective co-ordination and co-operation with all security institutions, including KFOR and EULEX”.
“Comandant confirmed that KFOR is monitoring the situation closely and remains ready to act in line with its mandate, based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244, to preserve a safe environment for all communities living in Kosovo and freedom of movement”, the report said.
