Japan's Embassy in Kosovo has started today with visa issuing in Pristina, thus facilitating the trip of Kosovo citizens to Japan.
So has the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.
The media report says that from 24 March this year, owners of official or diplomatic passports will be able to travel without visas to Japan.
“This was confirmed at the meeting that Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo Donika Grovalla, along with Deputy Minister Kresnik Ahmeti, had with Japan's ambassador to Kosovo, Ryuta Mizuci and the charge d'afon, Keisuke Yamanaka<1>.
“The deepening of diplomatic relations, co-operation in the economy, trade exchange, sports and support in Euro-Atlantic integration processes were the priority issues discussed during this meeting”, said further in the statement.
