INTERPOL file for Radoicchi: Eternal Prison, Possible Punishment

Milan Radociq, the person who claimed responsibility for organising last September 24th's attack on Zvecan Banjsk, is already in the system of the largest international police organisation, I NTERPOL for arrest warrants. Radojciq, who led the terrorist group to Basjska, is currently located in Serbia, where Serbia's move of departure has been imposed and banned from entering Kosovo. Pressure has been mounting in recent weeks on authorities in Belgrade to imprison him, but they have refused.

INTERPOL issued a warrant for Radojcicin, for whom he says he committed two criminal acts in Kosovo: a crime linked to terrorism and money laundering.

The request for issuing the warrant is made by the Special Department of the Foundation Court in Pristina and has been forwarded to INTERPOL by UNMIK chief on October 3rd last year.

When the report was updated, Kosovo Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Svecla wrote that suspects of the Banjska attack have been taken into the international INTERPOL system for arrest warrants.

“Welcome official announcement from the INTERPOL headquarters that they have already been installed in the international arrest warrant system of all persons suspected of carrying out the September 24th terrorist attack on Zvecan Banjska”, Svecla said on February 16th.

INTERPOL did not specifically confirm the release of the warrant.

The former vice president of the Serbian List, the main party of Serbs in Kosovo, backed by Belgrade, had claimed responsibility for the attack on Banjska, where Kosovo Police Sergeant had been killed. Africa Bulnjak.
