Kosovo's National Public Health Institute says the flu in Kosovo is below the epidemic threshold.
In the report published on Facebook, the National Public Health Institute of Kosovo (IKSHPK) suggests that the intensity of seasonal Influence (Sermical Cup), according to the number of reported cases for the 05st week of 2024, which represents January 29th-04 February 2023, has marked a 16.02% decline compared to the previous week and is below the threshold.
However, cases of other seasonal infections are still being recorded, such as Grip (ILI), cases of acute respiratory infections (ARI) and cases of severe acute respiratory infection (SARI)”, the report says.
So, I The KSHPK calls for citizens, in particular danger groups such as seniors, people with chronic illnesses, health professionals, pregnancy, etc., to be vaccinated and to implement other care measures.
