The recent decision by the Kosovo Central Bank (BQK), which prohibits the use of the dinar in Kosovo, relates to the implementation of the Serbian majority municipalities' association, thus said Zgjim Hyseni, from the Social Democrat Party.
Hyseni i PSD, show FIVE, has stressed that Kosovo is in the phase of implementing Association and has said Serbia has accepted this by taking autonomy in this way.
He has stressed that the dinar ban is only being presented by the Government as a step towards extending sovereignty.
“is selecting something that's created the impression that it's creating cramps. What counts is that all roads lead to Zajednica [Asciation], is no exception either. Because the financing of Serbs is going through the financing that has been of parallel nature so it seems like it's an intervention to spread sovereignty, namely what has been parallel funding, Serbia's institutions are becoming financing in the autonomy of Kosovo again by Serbia”, Hyseni has declared on the FIVE show.
