Hysa: Serbia's Vucciqi rehabilitated on the dinar issue

Historian and former diplomat Ylber Hysa has said Serbia was in a very difficult position in dialogue because of the Banjska attack prior to Kosovo Central Bank's decision to the new regulation, which prohibits the use of the dinar. The decision, Hysa says it rehabilitated Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Serbia.
