He requested partnership with the Kosovo government, he expressed concern that the Kurti Government did not respond positively.

We ask Kosovo and Serbia to engage constructively in this.
It is allowed Serbia to offer aid involving pensions, health aid and education.
US Ambassador Jeffrey Havenier, at an extraordinary conference once again, has called for the suspension of the BEC regulation.
He spoke directly this week. His message is clear, my side is clear. The United States of America has major concerns about regulations. We have raised this concern in public and private meetings. We do not challenge the Constitution of Kosovo or the independence of the CEC, but we urge the Kosovo government to suspend the implementation of regulation”, he said.
