Hasani: The Ethics Council manipulated with the facts, Puka deceived the doctor's dissertation skee in “La Sapienza”

Hasani: I've seen the decision and it's generally manipulation with the facts. The procedure was initiated by the person accused of forging, so Mr. Puka. They've put a group of people in general conflict of interest and switching the themes: countering is whether Mr. Puka has a protected dissertation at the Faculty of Jurydi of the University “La Sapienza” and, if there are any, let me publicize it and send it for nostrination. Express newspaper: How do you assess the work of the Ethics Council in this case?

Hasani: The Ethics Council has no competence for verifying diplomas and other public documents of academic staff. This is how the Ethics Council has acted because it has “notified” a degree without competence. Neither the UP nor the Ethics Council can waves public documents on Kosovo territory. Express: Do you now believe that Mr. Puka has completed doctoral studies at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”?

We were a group of colleagues from the UP Faculty, and during the visit, I was shocked by the fact that Mr. Puka knew no other language than Albanian. In Zagreb, Italian is like Croatian, everyone speaks it. No word was able to say either in Italian or English or Croatian. That's where I came up with the idea that it's an ordiner fraud. That's how it is and I have no doubt. You can't doctor in Italy without knowing two Italian words! Besides, as I've testified, Mr. Puka's dissertation of the doctorate is nowhere, nor in the national libraries of Rome and Florence, as required by law for any distribution protected in this country.

What I have written in my reporting is a hundred percent and I try it in every transparent procedure. This, as the Ethics Council has done, is illegal and constitutes criminal acts.

In addition, a commission formed for Mr. Puka's UP doctorate, mentioned in the Ethics Council ruling, is completely illegal because professors after the age of 70 dare not have any relationship or commitment with the UP (with the exception of Emeritus professors). Unfortunately, they have manipulated by the kindness of our two respected former colleagues in the field. I repeat, the primary problem is the fraud with the doctorate from the Faculty of Jurydical University “La Sapienza” This should be proven properly and then taken to the next phase, if Mr. Puka really wants to prove he's not a fraud ordiner.

Express: You have said that Sapienza has confirmed that Puka has never received the doctor's title. How do you see their answer now?
