Burbuke Kastrati, project manager at the FOL Movement, said the government has managed to realise only 36 per cent of activities that were meant to be completed over the past year.
Kosovo's “government of the first 655 activities to be realised within January-2023 period has managed to realise only 234 or 36%, has not realised 151 or 23 %, and have not returned for 270 activities or 41 %x1>, Kastrati said, adding that the large number of activities without answers have added to three ministries that have not responded at all and that have had a large number of the previous activities.
Kastrati also stressed that the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Industry, Intervention and Trade have not answered at all in the submitted questionnaire, and also a large number of ministries have left unanswered questions.
She explains that all the previous activities to end within January-30, 2023 through his questionnaires have been sent to the secretary general. So, according to her, the data presented today is directly received by those responsible for the realisation of these activities.
Meanwhile, Viona Bunjaku, monitoring in the FOL Movement, presented the data to each ministry regarding the realisation of the previous activities to be completed by 2023.

Prime Minister's Office
The ZKM had envisioned 74 activities to be realised during January period December 2023 under the National Development Plan, but has returned no response to their realisation.
Ministry of Communities and Kthim
The MKK for January (December 2023) has seen the realisation of four activities, of which only 2, meanwhile, 1 activities have not been completed and for the realisation of 1 activity has not returned.
Health Ministry
Under the National Development Plan, it was designed to complete 32 activities within January-December 2023, of which 14 have realised, 14 have not and for 4 activities have not returned.
Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports
The MKRS under the National Development Plan has seen 41 activities realised within January December 2023. We have received only 1 work accomplished, 1 not completed, and 39 other activities we have not accepted.
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development
The MBPZHR under the National Development Plan has seen it complete 22 activities within January (December 2023). Of them, 10 have already realised 9 are incomplete and 3 are without response. It is noteworthy that this minister has also sent back answers to 24 other activities that extend beyond 2023, and 6 other activities that were not part of the KKZH.
Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers
The MPPT under the National Development Plan has seen it complete 32 activities within January-December 2023. Only 23 have been completed within the previous deadline, meanwhile, 8 are not realised, and 1 is unanswered.
Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure
The MMPHI under the National Development Plan has seen 61 events completed within January-December 2023. Only 7 have been completed within the previous deadline, meanwhile, 6 are incomplete, while 48 are unanswered.
Ministry of Justice
The MD under the National Development Plan has seen it complete 77 activities within January-December 2023. Only 43 were completed within the previous deadline, meanwhile, 31 are incomplete and 3 are without response.
Regional Development Ministry
The MZHR has not anticipated any activities, whose implementation begins in January and ends in December 2023.
Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation
MA SHTI under the National Development Plan has seen it complete 32 activities within January-December 2023, of which 16 and 16 others are incomplete.
Ministry of Economy
With the framework of the National Development Plan, it has seen 25 activities completed within January-December 2023. Only 14 have been completed within the previous deadline, meanwhile, 9 are incomplete and 2 are responses.
Ministry of Internal Affairs
The MPB, under the National Development Plan, envisions completing 93 activities within January-December 2023. Only 46 were completed within the previous deadline, meanwhile 43 are incomplete and 4 are unanswered.
Defence Ministry
MM out of the nine previous activities to be realised during the January period December 2023 under the National Development Plan has returned no response. So how many of them have been fulfilled and how many of them have not been known.
Ministry of Industry, Enterprise and Trade

Local Power Management Ministry
MPJD under the National Development Plan has seen it complete 15 activities within January December 2023. Of them, 9 are realized, five were not realized, and 1 without answers.
According to Bulnjak, what needs to be highlighted is that many of the ministries have sent and additional information on the realisation of the plan, but FOL has been monitoring the previous activities to be completed in 2023 rather than those that began in 1923 and are designed to end over three years so by 2025.
