Ferizaj Court Makes Decision for Lawyer Berisha, Six Other Suspects

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has not continued security measures to lawyer Besnik Berisha, Ismet Salih, lives Vunqi, Fidan Zubak, Refik Cacol, Adonis Salih, and Nexhat Xhafa.
This was confirmed for “Justice Vow” from this court's information office, which says suspects have expired on February 7, 2024.
It also became known that these measures against the defendants have not been continued because the prosecution has not submitted the request.
Otherwise, on December 18, 2023, Berisha and five others have continued for two months the ban on approaching the country or the designated person, one home arrest.
While, on October 12, 2023, Berisha had continued the ban on approaching the country or the designated person for two months, while six others had been changed.
They are suspected of <x0 influence “impact”, “Peging of the criminal procedure” and “The Office of assistant perpetrators following the execution of criminal acts”.
While the Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, on July 13, 2023, had ruled on July 13, 2023, with which the suspect Ismet Salihu has been detained for two months (until August 12th 2023), the move of the ban to approach the country or the designated person, lawyer Besnik Berisha, house arrest Ismet Salihu, as well as the detention measure of five other suspects Nexhat Xhafa, Jeton Vunqiqi, Fidan Zubaku, Refik Cackoli and Adonis Salihu, reports the statement.
In contrast, this court on August 18th had ruled, with which Berisha continued the ban to approach the country or the designated person, the house arrest of suspects Ismet Salihu, as well as the measure of detention of five other suspects Nexhat Xhafa, Jeton Vunqi, Fidan Zubaku, Refik Cakoli and Adonis Salihu.
