Died at 70, who was Professor Kadri Metaj

On Friday, February 2nd, 2024 has died at the age of 70, Kosovo professor Kadri Metaj. Metaj has been a professor at the University of Pristina philosophical faculty.
Metaj was born in the village of Calican in Istog in 1954, and his secondary schooling was completed in Istog. Studies in philosophy-sociology had been completed at the Pristina University Faculty of Philosophy in 1997.
According to his biography published in Kosovo's “Encyclopedia Dictionary” of the Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts, Metaj, had finished the practice at Sarajevo University.
In the 1981/1982 school year Metaj had gone for specialisation at the University of Sorbonne, Paris IV, in France.
“In 1987, doctored at Pristina University. In 1979, the assistant at the philosophy-sociology branch was chosen, and from 1999 to retirement was a regular professor at the Department of Philosophy, where he legalized the subjects from the fields of philosophy”, it is written in biographies.
Metaj has also legalised at the University of Southeast Europe in Tetovo, the University of Skopje and the University of Tetovo.
His isolated works are: “The aesthetic Theory of Gjergj Lucci” published in 1990, “Political Filosofia” in 2003. He also translated certain works from the fields of philosophy and aesthetics.
