Details from last night's Pristina event, wounded remained husband and wife

Last night in the neighborhood of “The SunBregu,”, in Pristina, there were gunshots with firearms, which resulted in two people being wounded.

The two people left injured are Mehmet Metolli and Ataola Tahiri, who are among them husband and wife.

From the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo, healthcare doctor Agron Qtaku has confirmed to Indexline that after the treatment, the wounded have been released in stable state at home.

While police spokeswoman for the Pristina region Flora Ahmeti has confirmed that three suspected persons have been arrested so far.

“Around 9:00 p.m., police have received information about gunshot injuries occurring in the Pristina Sun Coast district.

Immediately after receiving the information, police have come to the scene and undertaken all necessary actions consisting of investigating the circumstances that characterise the event.

Based on initial records, it is suspected that two people who were sent for medical treatment were wounded by firearms.

Police investigators in co-ordination with the prosecution are taking investigative actions, while three suspected persons --” -- have been arrested in connection with the case so far.
