The former delegation requests the arrest of Duda Balje after meeting with Mufti Ternava: Is there a country here?

According to Trmolli, this is a flagrant violation of the Constitution and that MPs who have participated in this meeting must be arrested and responded to justice organs.

“Duda Balje as head of the Kosovo Parliament Commission for Human Rights and other commission members have held meetings with BIK Chairman Naim Ternava yesterday to handle the Parliament's draft laws. This is a flagrant violation of the Constitution, which guarantees the secular character of the state of Kosovo. Today, these MPs would have to be arrested and answerable to justice organs! Is there a country here or what the hell is going on with this place?

Otherwise, the Islamic Community of Kosovo has announced the meeting on the official page. The BIK report said that at this meeting “discussed the concern of Mufti Ternava and the institution of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, about the performance of the adoption of several bills, and in particular the adoption of the draft law on assisted destinationisation, which directly contributes to the destruction of the family institution”.

The mufti did not fail to mention the joint meeting they have had with leaders of other religious institutions in the country, with which he has signed a joint declaration on opposing the bill allowing the same gender marriage.
