The Kosovo government has held meetings today, where it has adopted several bills, several proposals, as well as several initiatives.

Today, the proposal for the separation of 45 thousand euros for the Vienna Economic Forum has been approved. The prime minister's office has said it was meant to promote the country.

Five hundred thousand euros have been earmarked for financing the “Social residence programme”.

The Bill for Administrative Court has also been adopted, through which the Administrative Court, specialised for administrative and labour disputes, will be established for the first time.

The Bill on Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for Kosovo's participation in the European Union Programme “Justice”. By means of this agreement, funds and projects for Kosovo will be provided in order to support judicial co-operation in civil and criminal affairs. Co-operation through information technology in justice, training for judges and other legal practitioners and efficiency in the institutions of justice for citizens and business

The Bill for Administrative Court adopted, through which the Administrative Court, specialised for administrative and labour disputes, will be established for the first time.

Adopted the Bill on Ratification of the Co-finance Agreement for Building the Tunnel Construction Project on Tetovo Street ão Prizren. The purpose of this agreement is to define procedures and split costs between the parties for financing the draft project for the construction of the tunnel on Tetovo Street ão Prizren. This is aimed at implementing the Memorandum Co-operation, signed between the two governments.

The final decision to investigate for public interest in real estate affected by project implementation: Protection and Cultural Heritage Management, Conservation and Investment in “Municipium Ulpiana () Justiniana Secuda”, part of the legacy in permanent protection.

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport's application for the acquisition of property in the Gundastral Zone, Komuna Prizren, managed by the Kosovo Forest Agency. Overcoming the decision to ask the president of the Republic of Kosovo to grant authorisation to First Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialog, Besnik Bislimi, for signing Amendment No. 1 of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for the IPA 2020 Programme.

Adopted the initiative for linking the Convention on Aid to Interconnection in Criminal Affairs between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of Montenegro. Under the agreement, the parties offer mutual judicial assistance to criminal cases, under the conditions and in the way envisioned in this agreement. Legal assistance is provided by judicial authorities and other authorities of parties that are competent to deal with criminal cases under local legislation.

Adopted the initiative for linking the Agreement on Inter-Accession of Judicial Locations on Criminal Affairs between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of Montenegro. In the spirit of deepening our friendship with the countries of the region, the Justice Ministry has initiated this agreement, aimed at mutual implementation of judicial decisions in criminal cases pronounced by the court of one side against one citizen of the other.

It favoured the initiative on linking the Extradition Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of Montenegro. Under the agreement, the parties take it upon themselves to mutually extradite the persons who are being prosecuted for a criminal offence, or wanted for executing a prison sentence or other measures with the removal of freedoms, through an act of strict form of justice of the demanding state authorities.

It approved the initiative for linking the Memorandum of Understanding for mutual recognition and converting of drivers between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the United Arab Emirates. The parties will recognise the valid drivers issued by the other side, for all those citizens who do not come for the purpose of staying, provided the driver's license holder meets the requirements of the minimum age indefinite in terms of various patent categories of drivers. So this initiative aims to facilitate road circulation for Kosovo citizens and the United Arab Emirates, enabling recognition and conversion of the driver's license.

The initiative was approved for linking the Grant Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the “Program-Installation and the Levim of Water Security Options”. The deal is aimed at strengthening national planning capacities for investments in water resources, improving water management information services, and improving dam operations and security.

The Intelligent Transport System Strategy (SIT) in Kosovo for the years 2024-2030. This strategy aims to establish this system on road and rail networks T En-T of the Republic of Kosovo. This is essential for improving security, mobility and increased efficiency in the transport system. At the same time, it will have an impact on Kosovo's economic development, on the social welfare of citizens and on environmental protection.

Adopted concept-document for Seeds. For sustainable links between farmers, processing and retail vendors, this concept describes existing policies and legal frameworks of state institutions responsible for implementation. By means of it, the identification of problems in cases that have hampered the right management of seeds, with particular emphasis on legal framework shortcomings in place.
