The decision on the dinar accelerates the foundation of association, Gerjaliu says

Former head of the Kosovo Economic Ode (OEK), Safet Gerjaliu, has said regulating Kosovo Central Bank (BQK) that prohibits the use of the dinar for payments within the state is shot, but under wrong circumstances.
