These findings have been issued in the act published by the Constitutional Court in Pristina on the case of a two-year prison sentence against the River Dravishi, Kenan and Okan Hasani, charged with attacking journalist Valon Syla.
“The court as a critical situation has taken on the basis of the fact that one of the vital human rights, physical integrity and in such cases can be violated by human life, as one of the most absolute human rights known to the Constitutions and international acts, as well as by this work has attempted to violate freedom of expression as the ultimate right of any human”, the Special Court Act of the Constitutional Court in Pristina with the head of the body, the Lienatana-Namana, and Musa Arben.
Originally December 7, 2023 The Constitutional Court in Pristina had filed a plea by condemning them to two years ' imprisonment to the River Dravishi, Kenan and Okan Hasani for the minor bodily prosecution “”, reports the “Justice Betrimy”.
In the 23-page court's act of reasoning, he noted that the testimony of the injured Valon Syla has succeeded in proving that the same was hit by the Dravishi River and two others he had not seen.
But through testimony given by Ilir Mirena, the court has confirmed that after the show on television “T7” along with the injured Valon Syla had gone to a restaurant in Pristina where at its entrance Syla was attacked by three people.
As for material evidence such as police report, emergency response, Kosovo University Clinical Centre report - QKUK, medical expertise and emergency court has confirmed Syla's head injuries following the physical incident with the accused.
According to the actual non-competitive court, it turns out that on April 11th, 2023, at 23:00 p.m., the accused River Dravishi, Kenan and Okan Hasani were at the scene of the event and that the same were involved in clashes, and that all because the accused did not deny it.

The court ruling states that freedom of expression is also guaranteed in terms of the matter of trust and that no citizen according to the court can be placed on these guaranteed freedoms even with the Constitutions.
As for the court's court sentence, it has clarified that by counting the extenuating circumstances: the relatively new age of the accused and that they have manifested repentance and that as a serious circumstance -- the weight of the work, the tenant for the conduct of criminal work, their conduct in court has come to the conclusion that the appointment of a two-year prison sentence has been adequate.
The incident against the River Dravishi, Kenan and Okan Hasani was founded on August 4th 2023 by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), with the reasoning that on April 11, 2023, about 11:00, influenced by the radical radical ideology of Islam, had easily injured journalist Valon Syla, since he had written in his account in “Facebook” for prophet Muhammad and prophet Isa.
Hence, with these actions, Kenan and Okan Hasani were charged with criminal action “Equipment”, the work punishable by six months to three years in prison under the judicial condition of the indictment.
